Located in the easten mining area of Kazakhstan , in order to solve workers' accommodation problems, Kazakhstan conducted mining camp housing cooperation project with China which totally cost RMB 88,480,000 and the maximum capacity of people is 1000 with an area of about 35,000 square meters. PTH was chosen as the turn-key solution provider to enable quick and efficient manufacture of all the container
houses.We provide turn-key solution including project design, detail design, prefabrication, constrution service.   Project Design
  The whole project is consist of 1550 container house in which it forms dormitories of workers and managers,recreation centre, living facilities include dining hall, washhouse, emergency room, supporting facilities include waiting room, prayer room, logistical and security centre. PTH offer innovative solutions to fully functional community in mining area.   Our material meet civil construction standards about insulation and fire-proof under severe cold environment.All the wall panels are rock wool sandwich panel with steel sheet(Baosteel brand) the thickness of interior wall reach to 60mm, exterior wall reach to 75mm, the aisle wall reach to 100mm. Window in interior wall is aluminum single-glazed, in exterior wall is aluminum double-glazed. Base frame is composed of box beam structure and casting parts. Floor panel is waterproof laminate sheathing floor and PVC floor, with glass wool insulation. Roof frame is composed of box beam structure,reinforced steel truss as secondary beam,insulation in roof is PU which is 75mm of thickness resulting in the advantages of excellent thermal insulating effect.In particular, washroom uses stainless steel wall panels to prevent rust or corrosion.   Prefabricate And Assemble Process     On Site Installation

Capacity For Steel Container Houses:3000 units Packaging & Shipping   Checking&Packaging     1.Checking      Carefully check the shipping list. making sure no mistake.   2.Packing      Option one: a standard container house packed in one flat pack, 4 sets combined into one package. It can be shipped on board just as one 20' shipping container, The package will be protected by plywood boards around and thin film wrapped.      Option two:  mixed packaging. Roof and chassis will be packed together with bolts; all the wall panels packed together with wooden pallet in the bottom, corrugated board on the surface, and XPS board in the interspace. It will be shipped in 40' container. Loading&Shipment     1. Flat packs will be one package it can be shipped on board just as one 20 shipping container.   2. Mixed packaging: top and bottom packed together with bolts, all the wall panels packed together on wodden pallet. wrapped by corrugated board on the surface. and XPS board between panels. Do you provide on-site installation service? 1) Only large projects provide installation services 2) General projects, we can provide Installation guide service based on customers’ request. 3) Installation supervision charge standard: 150USD/day, customer should responsible for the travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff’s health and safety. 2.What’s your delivery time?  Salesman will confirm the time accordingly, large order should communicate with order management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 45days after receive deposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately. 3.How to control the quality of your product? a. quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide a high quality design solution. b. quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material c. quality of the production: precise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection. 4. How to deal with quality problems? Warranty is 3 years. Within the warranty period, PTH will responsible for all quality problems caused by production. 5. If there is a clear service life of your products? If have, how long? Under conventional climate and environment, steel structure whole building 10 years, main structure 15 years, protecting system 10 years.  6. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)? Strong wind region:   improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure. Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve anti-pressure ability of the structure. High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
