The steel bending machine belongs to the improvement of the structure of the steel bending machine.
The utility model comprises a reducer, a big gear, a small gear and a curved disc surface, which is characterized in the structure: a double-stage brake motor is connected with a reducer to make a first-stage reduction;
Double reduction for pinion and pinion gear;
The big gear always drives the curved surface to rotate;
There are central axle holes and some curved axle holes on the curved disk surface.
There are several locating axles on the locating square bar of the table surface respectively.
As the two-stage brake motor and the reducer are directly connected to make the first reduction, the ratio of input and output revolutions is accurate, the bending speed is stable and accurate, and the changing speed can be controlled automatically by electricity, so the brake can guarantee the bending Angle.
The steel bar is bent in both directions by using the positive and negative rotation of the motor.
The center shaft can be replaced for easy maintenance.

• GW50-1 adopts the fully enclosed GEAR BOX for less distortions even under the condition of heavy loads.
• GEARS, GEAR SHAFTS, WORKING DISK, STOP GAUGE, SADDLES, PILE HEAD and PILE HEAD BUSHES made of forged high-quality alloyed steel with proper heat treatment (quenching/ tempering/ high frequency) and 2 mm thick external case to ensure high performances also under heavy loads and long working life.
• Dust proof BRAKE MOTOR and TWO LIMIT-SWITCH to ensure the accuracy of the bending angle also after stopping and restarting.
• Insert-pin type disk and movable saddles for a precise adjusting of the bending angle.
